Good Location and Helpful Staff

The hotel is close to the Medina and restaurants (a great convenience). The staff was helpful. There is a currency exchange service near the entrance. Breakfast is on the rooftop. Those with walking problems should know there is no elevator.
The room I stayed in was very small, and the traffic noise outside was significant. This made sleeping difficult. I also noticed that the cleanliness wasn't great.

The room included a functional air conditioner and a small wardrobe. The bathroom had a shower with adjustable water temperature. Lighting in the room was limited to one overhead light and a bedside lamp.

Perfect Location, Amazing Staff!

The hotel's location was perfect. So close to the Medina and great restaurants! Loubna from the staff helped us a lot. She. I really recommend it!
The breakfast options were limited. I found only pastries and jam, and not enough protein.

poor breakfast no wi-fi
The breakfast was poor. It lacked variety. i also had no wi-fi access during my entire stay, despite staff saying they were working on a technical issue. the first night, i showered in cold water because i didn't know to turn the faucet to the right for hot water. No one told me, and the room didn't have a phone to call reception.
